Over the weekend, a woman from California was with her family in Hawaii. Mariko Haugen was swimming in the ocean, about 25 feet out from the shore, and she heard people screaming when she looked up and saw a 12-foot tiger shark coming at her. But fortunately for her and unfortunately for the shark, she is a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and punched it in the side of the head a few times before she scared it off. Her hand made contact with its teeth so she needed 70 stiches in her right hand, but she did survive, and that’s better than getting attacked.

We'll finish out the week tomorrow letting you choose how you win. At 7:05, we'll give you three games to pick from, and if you win, you'll get to pick something from the Star 96.7 prize vault. We'll also talk about the problem people face with the Daylight Savings time change, and the most annoying hand gestures.
