  • Whitney Houston's Daughter Alive After Being Found Unresponsive in Tub & Hospitalized

Photo by Jim Spellman/WireImage(ROSWELL, Ga.) -- Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was transported to a Georgia hospital on Saturday morning after she was found unresponsive.

Police responded to a 911 call at a home in Roswell, Georgia; Bobbi's husband Nick Gordon and a friend had discovered her in the tub and had begun CPR.  When police arrived on scene, they started life-saving measures until rescue personnel arrived.  Bobbi, 21, was transported to North Fulton Hospital.  Roswell Police confirmed that Bobbi Kristina is alive.

As for why Bobbi was found in the tub, a police spokeswoman said, "We don't know if this was a medical condition where she had a problem in the tub or if it was any type of self-initiated or overdose type of situation."

A search warrant was issued for the home, but police would not comment if any drugs were found at the scene.  Investigators said that prior to Saturday, on January 23, police were dispatched to the home following an "incident," but no charges were filed and nothing was found.

On February 11, 2012, Bobbi's mother Whitney Houston was found unconscious in a hotel room bathtub in Beverly Hills, CA, and was later pronounced dead.

  • Super Bowl 2015: How Idina Menzel Feels About People Betting on Her Performance

ABC/ Lou Rocco(PHOENIX) -- Idina Menzel knows that in addition to betting on who wins Sunday's Super Bowl, people are also placing fun bets -- so-called "prop bets" -- on things like how long it'll take her to sing the national anthem or if she'll forget the words.

For the record, she's fine with that -- in fact, she's willing to help folks win their bets if she possibly can.

"Oh, I love it. If they’re talking about me at the Super Bowl, I like it!" Menzel told ABC News. "I can’t help them though because I haven’t timed it yet! But I’ve been promising some people, if they let me know, I can maybe, like, glance up at the clock and then hold the vibrato a little longer and try to work it out!"

While Menzel has performed the national anthem before, this is her first time doing it at the Super Bowl. The "Let It Go" singer admitted that she's a bit nervous, but added that for her, that's normal.

"I get nervous whenever I perform," she said. "I think it’s just something, as a live performer, you get used to, and you try to rein it in and learn how to work with it, and that’s just what we do."

But she said she realizes the enormity of taking on a role that everyone from Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson and Beyoncé have taken on over the years. She says one Super Bowl anthem performance made a particular impression on her.

"Ever since I saw Whitney Houston do it at the Super Bowl, I would emulate her as a singer, and she was a huge idol of mine," she said. "And...y'know, everyone under the sun has done the song...I can’t do it better than she did it. So I've just got to bring my own thing to it. I’m just trying to you know, connect with people."

In addition to connecting, Menzel said she really is going to make an effort to remember the meaning of the national anthem and what it represents.

"You start to forget that kind of stuff when you get lost in this kind of moment and swept away," she said. "And it’s really a beautiful song, amazing melody. And so, I’m gonna kind of sing it for our troops and people like that overseas and remember what it’s really about."

  • Most Shocking Claims in the Mariah Carey-Nanny Lawsuit

Photo by: Peter Kramer/NBC(NEW YORK) -- Mariah Carey’s former live-in nanny slapped the world famous superstar and her estranged husband Nick Cannon with a lawsuit this week, claiming they owe her money for unpaid overtime.

Simonette DeCosta and her attorneys filed the suit in New York district court on Wednesday.

According to the suit, DeCosta was the full-time nanny for Carey and Cannon's 3-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, from October 2013 through her termination on Jan. 26, 2014. She was paid between $3,000 and $3,600 twice a month, the suit claims, and even traveled with Carey on international trips to take care of the children.

DeCosta is suing for “unpaid overtime wages, premium wages, liquidated damages,” and attorney fees. A representative for Mariah Carey told ABC News that they don’t comment on “frivolous lawsuits.”

Here are some of the most shocking claims laid out in the lawsuit:

    1. DeCosta Claims She Was Fired for Being Too Affectionate With the Children

“Ms. Carey terminated [DeCosta] after berating her for exhibiting too much affection towards her children,” the suit reads.

    2. DeCosta Alleges She Worked a Lot of Overtime

According to the suit, DeCosta “often worked well over 100 hours per week.” The suit claims she had to rotate between 24-hour shifts and 12-hour shifts each week, working seven days a week with 12-hour shifts and five days a week on 24-hour shifts.

However, she was not paid for “premium overtime compensation” for working over 40 hours each week, the suit claims.

    3. DeCosta Claims She Wasn’t Allowed Breaks, Not Even for Sleep

When DeCosta was working a 24-hour shift, the suit claims that meant she was on-call the whole time, “with no entitlement for breaks for meals, and even sleep.”

    4. Mariah Carey Would Allegedly Call With Demands at All Hours

“Ms. Carey would often call [DeCosta] at hours in the middle of the night and demand to be taken to her children, or to be updated as to the status of her children,” the suit claims. “Ms. Carey would not tolerate any delay. ... [DeCosta] was expected to be working.”

  • "American Sniper": How Sienna Miller 'Understood' Taya Kyle's Story

Warner Bros.(NEW YORK) -- American Sniper star Sienna Miller said from the very first conversation she had with Taya Kyle that she felt "very close to" Chris Kyle's widow.

The 33-year-old British actress portrayed Taya in this year's Oscar nominated film, which chronicles Chris and his four tours of duty as a Navy SEAL sniper in Iraq. It also focuses on how Kyle readjusted back into life after war, including his family.

"I felt like I understood her," Miller told People magazine. "We Skyped and she told me stories about how they met and their marriage and the good and the bad. We would laugh and cry. When the time came to meet, I felt like we were really good friends already."

Taya Kyle added the same sentiments, saying that it only took two or three sentences and "I was like, 'This is good.' She just understood."

Miller added, "Taya knew [Chris] was able to do his job better than anyone else. When he was home with her and the kids, he knew there were people dying that he thought he could save. That is a really impossible dilemma to be faced with. They managed to get through it because their love was really strong."

Miller respects Taya, especially for how she embraced this film after losing her husband in 2013, when he was killed at a gun range in Texas.

"I love her because she is formidable. I feel very close to her," Miller said.
