199 Days of Winter are OVER

After 199 days of Winter – perhaps this Easter weekend, we can celebrate spring?  How can you tell it’s spring?  Beside the robins dive bombing me in my backyard protecting the nests they are not to supposed to building in my trees?

Great America opens this weekend and is now bragging about its newest roller coaster – the Maxx Force, a new triple record-breaking launch coaster! The fastest launch coaster in North America that reaches speeds of 78 miles per hour in under two seconds…it’s the tallest double inversion of any roller coaster in the world.

You can head to a baseball game without wearing your winter boots. The Cubs host Arizona this weekend.

If you are doing Easter Egg hunts this weekend, you won’t have to shovel to find them…like last Sunday.

By the way, you are NEVER too old to take a picture with the Easter Bunny.  Unlike my 13 year old son…I didn’t deny myself!
