Britney Spears Checked Into a Facility for “Wellness Treatment”

Britney Spears checked herself into a facility for what a source is calling, quote, “an all-encompassing wellness treatment.”

Britney’s father Jamie suffered a life-threatening colon rupture a while back, and he’s still not out of the woods.  In January, she took an indefinite break from her Las Vegas show to take care of him.

The source says, quote, “Her dad being sick has taken a toll on her . . . They’re so close and it has been a lot.  There is nothing dramatic going on with her, she just realized she needs to make sure to take time to care for herself.”

In an Instagram post, Britney said, quote, “Fall in love with taking care of yourself mind, body and spirit.”  She added, quote, “We all need to take time for a little ‘me time.'”
