On Saturday, March 30, make sure you say “Thank You” to the guy or gal that responds to your late night phone calls and tells you that not everything you read on the internet is true; “You do not have XYZ disease!”  It is National Doctor’s Day!  I thought that might be helpful if you find yourself in the Emergency Room this weekend….just covering all bases for you.

Saturday is also National Virtual Vacation Day.  If you didn’t get a chance to get away for a Spring Break, today reminds us how important it is to relax and rejuvenate.  Studies show that taking a vacation lowers the risk of heart disease. They also help hone our problem-solving skills and promote overall brain health. So, if you can’t pop for a trip, find one of those free Virtual Reality apps and get away!

Sunday is a real treat…National Crayon Day.  Open up a box of crayons, find that periwinkle and just go wild!  I was pretty fond of Cornflower, myself.
