Don’t Pig Out At Night!

Having a big dinner in the evening might be bad for you.  On Monday, The American Heart Association said that eating a lot after 6:00 pm causes a rise in your blood sugar and blood pressure.  A study found people who ate a third or more of their daily calories at night had a 23 percent risk for higher blood pressure.  Essentially, you should eat the majority of your calories before the evening in order to have good heart health.

Does this make you think twice about having a big dinner?
