Early Spring? However Phil isn’t always right

Punxsutawney Phil popped out of his burrow around 6:30am this morning in Pennsylvania and did NOT see his shadow predicting an early spring for all of us!
If he did, that would mean six more weeks of winter….and that he should look into some sort of Groundhog Protection Program.
Oh, don’t get too excited, according to CNN, good ole’ Phil doesn’t have the best track record. For those keeping track, he’s been only right about 40% of the time.
