It’s the first weekend of summer, let’s celebrate with a vegan, gluten free, soy free and fat free cocktail – the Coconut Water Champagne Fruit Punch!

You will need:

  • Coconut water
  • Orange juice
  • Champagne
  • Fresh fruit of your choosing
  • Grenadine

Instruction:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher.
  2. Stir.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
