Fixing the Pothole Polka on I-80 in Joliet

Weather Depending – You might get stuck in traffic Eastbound on I-80 around Briggs Street in Joliet this weekend, and although squeezing through just one lane is frustrating – know that IDOT is taking care of the Pothole Polka along that way; emergency repairs and road patching is expected to create really big delays.
They might reschedule it for NEXT weekend – it’s all based on the weather. Either way, watch out for all the workers, the equipment, and signs through the work zones.
Either weekend, all lanes are expected to be back open by 5am, Monday Morning.
