FRISKY FRIDAY UPDATE: How Do You Know If You’re Autosexual?

Do you know someone who posts an awful lot of selfies?

Let’s start with the definition:  autosexual means having a sexual and romantic attraction to oneself.

According to Dr. Jess O’Reilly, host of Sex with Dr. Jess, “to some degree, we’re all a shade of autosexual.”  O’Reilly says, to be able to achieve autosexuality, you have to be okay with your body image…  “That’s the feeling you require to even consider having sex, and for many of us, our core erotic feeling involves feeling sexy and feeling desired.”

O’Reilly wants to be clear, if you are autosexual, that doesn’t mean that you’re not attracted to other people, you can have a relationship and feel attraction to yourself.
