If you weren’t there for the heyday of Michael Jordan , it’s hard to understand just how good he was.  Here’s a reminder:

Former NHL star Jeremy Roenick says that back in 1992, he played two rounds of golf with Jordan, where they both sucked down about 10 Bud Lights.  And Jordan had a game against the Cavs that night.

So Roenick started teasing Jordan, saying he was going to put all his money on Cleveland.  So Jordan told him, “I’ll bet you that we’ll win by 20 points and I have more than 40 [points].'”  Roenick took the bet.

Long story short, Jordan scored 52 points, and the Bulls won by about 26.  Roenick says Jordan was, “probably the best athlete” he’s ever seen.
