Old Joliet Prison to be featured on Travel Channel’s ‘Ghost Adventures’

The Number 1 show on the Travel Channel will be featuring the Old Joliet Prison this Halloween! “Ghost Adventures” is a show that visits haunted locations around the world.
The TV crew was recently in town interviewing local residents. They spent several nights at the facility investigating hauntings and searching for paranormal activity.
The piece on the Old Joliet Prison will be included in a four-part special, which should be airing around Halloween. All the money received for the filming goes back into the prison fund for renovations.
Last year, it was quite the popular spot for haunted house adventures…I wonder if any of the ghosts they conjured up will still be around for your visit there this fall.
