‘Pawternity’ Leave for new pet owners

A Brewery in Australia is having a hard time retaining staff. You know times are tough when you can’t keep people at a BREWERY!
So they came up with an added incentive; ‘Pawternity Leave.’
It is an extra paid week of leave that one can take when they adopt or get a new puppy in their home. And this story allowed me to post this adorable puppy picture!
I wonder what would happen if one of the employee’s Mother In Laws were coming for an extended stay? I’m sure the Brewery would retain their staff…asking for additional shifts even!
