R.E.M.’s Michael Stipe Is Releasing His First Solo Single

Michael Stipe from R.E.M. is unleashing his first solo single, “Your Capricious Soul”, as a digital download. It’ll be available exclusively at his official website, MichaelStipe.com, for 77 cents.
It’s coming out now to coincide with the ‘International Rebellion’ climate justice protests that are taking place on Monday, October 7th.
The proceeds will be donated to the Extinction Rebellion movement, which is organizing non-violent gatherings to protest governments who aren’t doing anything about global climate change.
