Let’s face it, parents sometimes just need some adult time.  To be able to talk to people taller than three feet, perhaps.

Maybe you just can’t find the right person to take care of your little ones, or if you are desperate, just ANYONE to watch the kids.

A new survey says one out of five people say they’d trust Amazon’s Alexa to watch the kids when they leave the house.

The exact question was “Would you let Alexa entertain your kids while you’re away?”  But apparently the desperate parents looking for a break took that to mean they could leave their kids alone with Alexa as the only one in charge.

Not that I am condoning this, however, maybe there is an upside to using the voice assistant.  She wouldn’t eat everything in the fridge versus asking your dead beat brother in law to keep an eye on the kids.
