The Banana Splits Come Back – As a Horror Movie

Back in the 1960s, The Banana Splits were beloved by kids, and had a top weekend show.  But they’re returning as a horror movie, before they head back to television on SyFy.

In the movie, a boy named Harley celebrates his birthday, by attending a taping of the TV show with his family.  But, at the taping, the fun stops – and, of course, terror ensues.

Bingo, Fleegle, Snorky, and Drooper of the sort-of-psychedelic Banana Splits will also be part of the movie , to premiere, this year.
