Tinley Park cracks open the first beer of Oktoberfest season this weekend. Beer, food, the carnival and music! I heard that the Bratwurst Brothers and the Schnitzels absolutely rocked Friday night! That’s Sat 1-10pm and Sunday from 1-6pm. Click here for more info!

New Lenox will have their Water Lantern Festival Sat night featuring thousands of lanterns that have letters of love, hope and dreams on the water. That’s from 4-9pm Sat. Check it out here!
In Wheaton at the DuPage County Fairgrounds, you can check out the Fall All-Animal Expo. 70 vendors and amazing creatures…from birds, puppies and kittens to reptiles. Hoping they are not in the same spot. Click here for the info!

And Sunday at the DuPage County Fairgrounds, Train hobbiests won’t want to miss the Model Train Show. Just don’t give any 5-year-old kid one of the train whistles….you might want to skip that booth. Yep, the info is here for you too!
