Weekend What’s UP

It’s a three-day weekend for many of us – so what is there to check out?  Plenty from cars to croissants…we’ve got it for you!

The Chicago Auto Show continues through Monday at McCormick Place and this weekend.  Not only can you check out the various displays and cars…but perhaps take a four-legger home with you with their Pet Adoption Event.  There’s no guarantee they won’t get hair all over your back seat!  Click here for info.

School is out on Monday…perhaps your little Einstein would like to check out School’s Out Day Camp – Invention Dimension at Naper Settlement?  They will learn about inventions from the past like….rotary phones and typewriters (my 13 year old is still trying to wrap his head around that) and may be create their own gadget.  Check it out here.
