Leave it to a bedding company to conduct a study of 2,000 adults, and find that we spend 11 hours a day….in BED!

Who’s got time to sleep that much? Just about nobody, because the study showed we only sleep for about 7 hours of that 11, and that the other 4 are time spent awake, in bed, doing other things.
