Why Millennials fear ‘Secret Santa’

As you plan your office parties this holiday season, keep in mind your Millennial employees may not want to completely participate.  Not that they are anti-social, but they want to end the “Secret Santa” tradition because it “gives them anxiety.”

A recent study found that they are afraid of appearing “stingy” that makes the holiday tradition “stressful.”  They don’t know what to get or how much to spend.  They feel judged.

Not that it happens at ALL when they “Insta” their way through life.
