Wine as A Bedtime Snack Helps with Weight Loss

As 2020 approaches and everyone starts talking about their New Year’s Resolutions, the one you hear most often is to lose weight.

So, I was THRILLED when I saw this headline: Wine as A Bedtime Snack Helps with Weight Loss.

You’ve had a great dinner, but just before bedtime, you find yourself searching for something to snack on.  Studies have discovered that WINE is the perfect “snack/nightcap” before bed.

Recent studies have pointed out that wine can help diabetics and improve your sex drive, and apparently, it is also a great way to prevent midnight munchies.

According to The Daily Mail, a 13-year study at Harvard University with 20,000 women found that those who drank half a bottle of wine a day lessened their risk of obesity. As half a bottle is the equivalent of two glasses.  One 47-year-old woman says it works!  She’s lost 6 pounds in three weeks and it’s suppressed her cravings for unhealthy snacks like sweets and chocolate.
